How do the tiered trade discounts work?
LX offers volume-based discounts to support projects of any size:

How do I place a trade order?
For 1-2 different prints, select your artwork, proceed to checkout, and enter your trade discount code. For orders of 3 or more different prints, list your artwork choices, frame finishes, and sizes in the Order Enquiry box on our Trade page to receive an itemised quote within 24 business hours.
What framing options are available?
All premium prints are available custom-framed in high-quality black, white, or natural timber frames. Prints arrive fully framed, sealed, and fitted with hanging hardware - ready to go straight onto the wall.
What are the delivery lead times and shipping costs?
All trade orders of framed prints include free fully insured shipping direct to your studio, warehouse, or client site across Australia. Production and delivery typically take 4-12 business days from payment confirmation, depending on your location. There may also be delays during peak trade periods.
Limited-Edition Loan Program Frequently Asked Questions
What is your Limited-Edition Loan Program?
The Loan Program grants stagers, interior stylists, venue managers and more short-term access to our high-value lenticular artworks. These rare, large-format pieces serve as dramatic statement anchors for luxury property campaigns, commercial spaces, and high-profile events.
How does the loan and commission fee work?
Loan campaigns incur a modest, fully-insured freight and handling fee based on the display duration and location. If a home buyer, guest, or patron purchases the artwork during the display period, your loan fee is completely waived/refunded, and you receive a 10% commission on the sale.
What is your loan rate?
The loan rate is 5% of the piece's total retail price per week. For example, if a piece costs $5000 and is hired for 4 weeks, 5% of 5000 is 250, so the total loan fee would be $1000 ($250 x 4 weeks).
What happens if the artwork isn't purchased during the loan period?
If the piece doesn't sell by the end of your display period, simply follow the return instructions provided, and our courier partner will collect it directly from your site.
How long can a piece remain on loan?
The window for a piece to be loaned out is 4-12 weeks. Exceptions can be made on a situational basis. Reach out, and I'll do my best to accommodate.
How is a sale tracked to my venue or campaign?
While a piece is on loan at your location, your space holds exclusive purchasing rights for the entire loan period.
If a buyer includes the artwork in a real estate contract or orders directly through your team, simply notify me, and you'll be provided a unique payment link to pay for the piece. Once the payment is received, your 10% commission will be distributed, and your loan fee will be waived and refunded.
Each piece is accompanied by a unique QR code that allows patrons to enquire about purchasing the piece through me directly. If a patron enquires during your loan period, the commission is attributed to you if the piece is sold.
Can I purchase the piece?
Absolutely! Head to my Limited Editions page and select the one you'd like. If prompted to enter a password, use the passkey located in all emails sent by LX once your Trade Application is accepted and purchase the piece from there.
Can a piece that I have on loan be purchased by someone else online?
No. While a piece is on loan at your location, your venue holds exclusive purchasing rights for the entire loan period. Online buyers cannot purchase the piece directly off the site - they can only join a waitlist to be notified once your loan window expires. This ensures your space retains its hero artwork without disruption, while giving your patrons and clients first priority to acquire a unique piece.
How are transit and wall display risks handled?
Posters By LX fully insures all loan pieces during transit to and from your site. Partners are expected to handle and hang the pieces with standard professional care while on display. If damaged while on loan and not in transit, the loanee will be financially liable to replace the damaged part in full. This could be the frame or the actual piece.
