General Questions

Do you print and frame?
Yes, I do, but only in A1, A2 and A3 sizes. I offer black, white and timber frames.
I want to order multiple prints. How do I do that?
Simply, contact me and I'll sort that out for you.
What paper do you use?
I use Ilford Smooth Pearl as my preferred stock as it provides a nice balance of matte and gloss.
I would like a print size that isn't advertised. Is this possible?
For unframed prints, absolutely! I offer most common print sizes. Contact me, so I can make it happen. Unfortunately, for framed prints, I can only do A1, A2 and A3 sizes.
I saw a print on one of your socials that I can't find or that isn't available on your website. Can I still order this print?
Sure thing! Contact me so I can get that for you.

Questions About Lenticular Prints

What is a lenticular print, and how is it different from a regular print?
A lenticular print is an optical illusion created by printing an image onto a lens array (lenticules). Unlike a standard flat print, this process allows the image to change, animate, or show 3D depth as you move past it. It brings dynamic motion to the artwork.
Where can I find your lenticular prints?
They are located in the 'Limited Editions' page. From there, you go to 'Limited-Edition Prints', and you will be prompted to enter a password. To obtain the password, you need to be an LX Gallery Pass holder. Once a holder, you will have exclusive access to all lenticular prints, as well as early access to any new standard print collections.
Why are lenticular prints significantly more expensive?
Lenticular prints require a highly specialised, multi-stage production process that is significantly more complex than standard printing. This process includes creating, rendering, and 'interlacing' multiple image frames, then printing them at ultra-high resolution and perfectly bonding them to the custom-made lenticular lens. The cost reflects the precision manufacturing and highly specialised materials required. I offer lenticular prints in limited quantities, which also increases the price due to their rarity.
Do your lenticular prints come framed?
Yes, they do! They come in the frame shown in the display images. This does mean I do not offer customised frames for this product.
How come your lenticular prints are sold out?
I only offer lenticular prints in limited quantities. Once they are all sold, there is no more. Don't worry! There will be more available in the near future.
My lenticular print has arrived damaged. What should I do?
As this is a limited quantity item, I can replace it at no cost! It will take a significant amount of time to remake. Just send me a photo of the damage done in transit and your order number, and I'll start the process immediately. If you wish, a full refund is on offer as an alternative to receiving a new lenticular print.
How should I clean and handle my lenticular print?
Handle lenticular prints by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the lens. If cleaning is necessary, use a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, as this can damage the lens surface.

My print has arrived damaged. What should I do?
