Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Ownership: All content on this Site, including all artworks, designs, concepts, logos, and digital files (the "Artworks"), is the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Posters By LX. All rights are reserved.

No Transfer of Copyright: When you purchase a physical print (standard or limited edition), you are purchasing the physical art object only. The copyright and all intellectual property rights to the design, image, and concept DO NOT transfer to you.

Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display the Artworks for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without my express written consent.

Limited Edition Sales: I sell Artworks as standard prints and strictly limited edition prints. Once the stated edition number for a limited print is sold out, it is permanently retired.

Colour Accuracy Disclaimer: I make every effort to display the colours and textures of the Artworks accurately. However, I cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the final print colours due to variations in monitor settings and specialised printing processes.

Right to Refuse/Cancel: I reserve the right at any time, for any reason, to accept, refuse, or cancel your order. This may occur, for example, due to suspected fraud, a pricing error, or if a specific limited edition print is found to be damaged during final inspection. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, I will issue a full refund.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment: Payments are processed securely by a third-party processor (Stripe). I do not store your credit card details.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon my delivery of the package to the carrier (e.g., Pack & Send).

Shipping: I only ship Australia-wide. I am not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

License: I grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

Changes to Terms: I reserve the right to change, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates to my Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall my total liability to you for any claim related to the purchase of products exceed the total amount you paid for those products.
