Refund & Return Policy

Please review my policy carefully as it pertains to high-value, limited edition original art prints.

All Sales Final (No Change of Mind)
Due to the custom and specialised nature of all my art prints, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or slight variations in colour that may occur due to individual monitor settings. I encourage collectors to review all product descriptions, sizing details, and colour disclaimers prior to purchase.

Damage During Shipping (Limited Edition Prints)
If your artwork arrives damaged, I will gladly initiate a claim and offer a resolution under the following conditions:
Damage must be reported (report here) within 7 calendar days of receiving your item, as confirmed by the courier’s delivery tracking.
To process a claim, you must provide clear photographic evidence demonstrating:
1. The damage to the artwork itself (print/frame).
2. The damage to the exterior shipping container/box.
3. The Order Number associated with the purchase.
Upon verification of the damage, I offer the following remedies:
- A direct replacement of the exact piece, utilising the next available edition number, shipped at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not possible or not desired, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Artworks returned without prior notification and photographic evidence will not be accepted or processed.

Missing or Lost Packages (Australia-Wide Shipping)
I am not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the courier. However, for packages that appear lost in transit:
- A package will be deemed officially lost if tracking information has not been updated for 10 consecutive business days.
- I will initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Once the courier confirms the package is lost, I will work with you to offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
